William Earl McNeese, 76, of Bee Branch, Arkansas, fought his last fight on December 31, 2022, surrounded by his wife and daughter.
Bill was born on January 4, 1946, in Dallas, Texas to the late Alvin and Josephine McNeese. Bill spent a short time in the US Navy during Viet Nam and then transitioned to civilian life becoming a carpet layer. He laid carpet in and around both Texas and Arkansas during his lifetime.
Bill’s two main hobbies in life were fishing and driving race cars on dirt tracks. He was a jack of all trades and able to fix almost any type of car engine around. He greatly enjoyed being outdoors fishing, gardening and tinkering with things around the house any chance he got. Bill will be remembered for his smile and easy going way.
Bill is survived by his wife, Mary Bonds McNeese of 14 years; four sons, Troy Riley, Travis McNeese, Eric Bullard, Tony Bullard; four daughters, Traci Norris, Tobie Norris, Kim Linn, Kerri Treece; four sisters, Shirley McNeese, Ora Lee Cochran, Dona Brewington and Billie McNeese, and 18 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A family visitation will be held Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. with a memorial service following at 11:00 a.m. at the Ozark View Funeral Home.
