Tommy Lee Tolson Sr, 73, of Clinton, Arkansas mercifully entered eternal sleep on December 23rd, 2024. Tommy was born on October 25th, 1951, in Hensley Arkansas to John Oliver and Mary Onulack Tolson. He was a United States Army Veteran and served during the Vietnam war. He went to school and worked in Sheridan, Arkansas owning a heating and Air appliance repair company before moving to Clinton, Arkansas in 1995.
Tommy had a lighthearted personality and loved to pull pranks and joke. He had an infectious laugh. He loved his property and spent most days outside working the land. He enjoyed raising beef and would give the cows funny nicknames like HB for hamburger even though they were going to be slaughtered. He loved hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family. He was particularly fond of his grandchildren. “He was known as the best papal.” He loved to argue about politics, eat catfish, listen to music, ride the backroads, play checkers, and chess, and “cheat” at monopoly. He loved the lord and accepted him as his savior.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Mary and John Tolson, an infant brother, Mac, His father-in-law, Richard Mosley, two brother in laws, Kenny and Eddie Mosley, and a granddaughter Evangeline Canterbury.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Tammy Mosley Tolson, Children, Misty Mosley Canterbury (Ken), Tommy Jr (Amie), John, and Crystal Tolson.
