Retha Jean Brock, 87, of Clinton, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on April 16, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 6, 1938, in Smyrna, Arkansas.
Retha was a woman of deep faith who loved Jesus, her church, and her church family. She found great joy in worship, fellowship, and spending time with those she loved most. Her life was a reflection of kindness, devotion, and unwavering love for her family and friends.
She is survived by her son, Larry Brock and wife Lori of Clinton; her daughter-in-law Eva Brock (widow of Garry) of Conway. Her granddaughter Erica Ward and husband Frankie of Booneville, along with their sons Rylan and Landan; Beverly Story and Jeremy of Clinton, along with their son Dakota Brock; her brother, Eulan Godfrey of Tilley; and she also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Lenzil “Demp” Brock; her sons, Garry, Jerry, Terry, and Michael Brock; and her daughter, Regina Brock.
Pall Bearers are Frankie Ward, Rylan Ward, Landan Ward, Dakota Brock, Josh Bradford, and Jeremy Story.
Honorary Pall Bearers are Jerry Brock, Jack Brock, Leland Brock, Ronnie Harris, and Terry Samll.
Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. with services following at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 18, 2026 at Ozark View Funeral Home with Brother Casey Black officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Alread.
Retha Jean Brock will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
