Nora Manuel Collins, affectionately known as Auntie Nora, passed away on February 21, 2026 from complications of lymphoma at Baptist Health Medical Center, Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born on September 5, 1958, in Manila, Philippines.
Nora is preceded in death by her mother, Luz Manuel David, and father, Donato David.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of nearly 30 years, William Thomas Collins (Bill), her son, Robb Casper Collins, and sisters Victoria, Juliet, Liza, Doris, and Leidi David.
After retiring from the Navy Exchange at Pearl Harbor in 2010 she settled in Arkansas with her husband and became a beloved part of her community. Auntie Nora touched countless lives through her warmth, laughter, and devotion to family, serving up bountiful feasts for every birthday and holiday celebration.
She was an active member of St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church in Clinton, helping to feed the parish at various events throughout the year. Though small in stature at 4'10", her spirit was mighty and her love boundless.
Services will be held on March 7, 2026 at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church | 3178 US-65 | Clinton, Arkansas | 72031 with visitation beginning at 11:30 AM and Mass beginning at 1 PM. A gathering of family and friends will follow at Bill & Auntie Nora's home to continue sharing memories and fellowship
