Mary Louise Brimer passed away peacefully on February 19, 2025, at the age of 77 in Clinton, Arkansas.
Born on August 4, 1947, at OFFITT AFB, located in Omaha Nebraska.
Preceded in death, her parents Keith D. Olmsted and June Mitchell Olmsted, her children’s father Willian D. Pratt.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Fred Brimer. her son Troy L. Pratt of Emory, Texas, daughter Kari D. Bush Fryar and husband Jeff Fryar of Conway, Arkansas, 4 Grandchildren, Rileigh Bush, Ryan Bush, Ian Bush, Raegan Bush, 4 Stepchildren, Kathy Ellis, Kelly Terry, Jessica Rawls, Deana Mendez. Her sisters Michael Ann Reeves and Leah Dasinger and her bother Keith Dennison Olmsted Jr.
She was raised in a military family and moved around a lot. Early in her life, she moved with her family to Ramey AFB, Puerto Rico in 1952. She returned to Fort Worth, Texas in August 1955 and attended Castleberry Elementary School. She then moved to Laon, France in 1961, she returned to Clovis New Mexico in 1965 where she graduated High School and got married. She was always a cheerleader wherever they moved.
Mary loved her family. Her pride in joy was raising her family and watching her children play sports in Dallas, TX. She loved music and enjoyed going to music concerts. She loved the Dallas Cowboys, enjoyed traveling with her daughter, loved to read, play cards and she always loved to color. After years of raising her children and working in Dallas TX, she got remarried and moved to the Texarkana Arkansas area where she worked and later retired. After retirement, she eventually moved near her daughter in Conway, Arkansas.
A celebration of life will be held Sunday, March 16th, at the Ozark View Funeral Home in Clinton, Arkansas with Visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. and service following at 2:00 p.m.
