Mary Ruth (Brown) Bramlett

Our precious mother, Mary Ruth Brown Bramlett, 77, of Bee Branch, Arkansas, went to her heavenly home, Saturday, April 9, 2022. She was born March 28, 1945 in Shirley, Arkansas to the late Delbert and Myrtle Burgess Sheets. Everyone who knew Mary knew her as a hardworking woman who wore many hats and held many titles, but her greatest title of all came from those who called her mom, memaw and grandma. Mom raised a lot of children, even the neighbors’ children. She never said no or turned anyone away. Mom always found room to add another bean to the pot. She cared deeply for her family and neighbors. She did this not out of obligation, but because of who she was. She was always the first to offer help and give the shirt off her back if that’s what it took. Mom always ensured that every child who crossed her threshold was safe, healthy, and happy. She made them her top priority.  

Mary is lovingly remembered by her children, Susie Allen ( Benton), Vickie Tester, Becky Flower, Ricky Brown (Shannon), Jamie Bramlett( Martha), Calvin Lee Bramlett, Stephanie Linn Bradford, Natalie Pennington, Ashton Bramlett; the fathers of her children, Gee Brown, Cecil Bramlett; siblings, Dump Sheets, Eddie Sheets, Glenda Berry, Linda Mote, Phillip Burgess, Steve Burgess, Hershel Burgess, Buddy Jo Burgess, Paul Parker; grandchildren, Vanessa Breedlove (Cory), Benton Allen III(Wesley), Valerie Partain(Michael), Veronica Allen(Justin), Belinda Bradford, Gary Bradford, Matthew Moore, Chris Robbins (Amber), Brian Robbins(Alicia), Dalton Brown(Hanna), Ricky Brown, Buddy Brown, Ranger Brown, Ray Banning, Austin Bramlett, James David Bramlett(Shannon), C.J. Bramlett(Luna), Samantha Brown(Sean), Brandon Bramlett(Kelly), Nicky Bramlett(Kyla); great grandchildren, Alahna, Stone, Oden, Brant, Rasa, Trent, Makena, Jaia, Case, Devin, Kaylee, Madison, Gary, Jack, Caleb, Brennan, Jared, Paisley, Gavin, Maggie, River, Hayden, Alli, Lillie, Everly; great-great grandchildren, Hayden, Noah, Shyla; extended family, Jean Reynolds of Conway, Paul and Betty Parker of Alma, Arkansas and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other family members.

She is preceded in death by her parents; grandsons, Gary Lane Bradford Jr., Matthew Cole Moore; great grandson, Stone Lee Martin; son, Calvin Lee Bramlett; siblings, Troy Sheets, Ruthie Gardner, Ruby Goodnight, and Houston Sheets; extended family, Willie (Bill) Parker, Leemon Parker, Leonard Parker, Eugene (Cotton) Parker, J.D. Parker, Jerry Dean Parker, Ray Parker, and Jackie Parker.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. with services following at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Ozark View Funeral Home with Benton Allen officiating. Burial will follow at the Half-Moon Cemetery in Clinton.
