Marcia Catherine Patterson

Marcia C. Patterson, 79, of Clinton, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord after a short battle with cancer on Monday, May 8, 2023 surrounded by her family. Marcia was a long-time employee of Beldens in Clinton. She was a homemaker, loved to cook, enjoyed her flowers, her pets (Buddy the dog), and watching her favorite shows. She was a loving person and always put herself last. Marcia loved to laugh and enjoyed seeing her family happy; everyone that knew her knew she was a pistol but when she smiled, it was like a ray of sunshine. Her heart was pure and her intentions were always good. She will be dearly missed by friends and family.

Marcia was a woman of faith and always made sure to pass that on to her family and friends.  There never was a time that she was not there you. She was the kind of person who was always giving her time to others. Momma/Grandma would always say “Save them tears, you might need them some day”. We know now what she meant; we know she is in peace and with Daddy and the others who have gone on before her. Momma/Grandma earned her wings today and heaven just got another angel. We will miss you dearly; you love and kindness will be stamped in our hearts forever.

 Left to cherish her memory are three daughters, Susan Patterson, Kim Patterson, and Donna Patterson; grandchildren, Joshua Patterson, Brittany Maxwell, Blaine Galeazzi, Devon Honeycutt, Haylee Honeycutt; 14 great grandchildren and great- great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 13,2023, 2:00 p.m. at the Culpepper Community Church with Danny Patterson officiating.
