Loretta (Sulephen) Wiley

Loretta Sulephen Wiley, 95, of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas, departed from this world on Saturday, June 13, 2026.

Loretta proudly served her country in the United States Air Force. She was a woman of strong faith who loved the Lord and spent time in God's Word every day. She was an encourager to everyone she met, always reminding others to do their best and live their lives with purpose and faith.

Loretta enjoyed cooking, traveling, and trying new things. She loved spending time with friends, playing cards, and making memories with those she loved. Above all, she was devoted to her husband, Carl, and treasured the life they shared together.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Carl T. Wiley; daughters, Willena Herman (Fred), and Lori Uemura; grandchildren, Jonathan McLaughlen and Shō Uemura (Kaitlyn); step-grandson, Mitchell Herman (Sunny); great-grandchildren, Margot Uemura, Laney Herman, and Landon Herman; along with several nieces, nephews, friends, and other family members.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Webb; her son, Charles Webb; two sisters; and two brothers.

A private family service will be held on June 23, 2026.
