Kelly Ann (Moody) Knight

Kelly Ann Moody-Knight, a determined and hardworking woman, departed from this world on Friday, July 7, 2023 at the age of 61. She was born April 28, 1962 in Kansas City, Missouri to the late Kenneth H. Moody and Ruth Eileen Thompson. Kelly was known for her selflessness and will be remembered as the best mom ever to her beloved son, Johnathon, who held a special place in her heart. In addition to being a devoted mother, Kelly had a love for animals, particularly her cats, and cherished the grace and beauty of her hummingbirds. She found great joy in celebrating the 4th of July, as it was her favorite holiday. Kelly delighted in the thrill of shooting fireworks, creating magical moments and unforgettable memories.

Music played a significant role in Kelly’s life, and she had a particular fondness for classic rock. With the sound of familiar tunes filling her home, she found solace and happiness in the melodies. Another of her great passions was nurturing plants and flowers. She had a green thumb and took great pleasure in tending to her flourishing garden. Not only was Kelly a loving mother and nature enthusiast, but she was also a skilled hairdresser. She turned her passion for hairstyling into a successful business and proudly owned her own salon in Conway for five years.

Kelly will be deeply missed by her son Johnathon, her cherished cats, her friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. She leaves behind a legacy of determination, hard work, selflessness, and a love for family, animals, and gardening.

Kelly will forever be remembered as an extraordinary woman who lived life to the fullest and shared her love and kindness with those around her.
