Obituary
Kathy Sue Moore-King was born in Little Rock August 15, 1955 to Frances (Beggs) and Samuel Moore. She passed away peacefully June 7, 2023 at her home in Bee Branch, Arkansas.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Lee King. She is survived by her son Kevin Lassiter, daughter and son-in-law Melaney (McCall) and George Hedrick; three granddaughters Megan (Scott) Horton, Riley Lassiter, Hayley Hedrick; great grandson Braxton Horton; sister Leesa Wilson and brother-in-law Benny Wilson and two aunts along with many nieces and nephews.
Kathy loved gardening, plants, and the outdoors. She was an independent, free-spirited woman that enjoyed being with family and friends and her two dogs. She could sew just about anything you wanted and had such a creative mind. You could always count on a homemade gift made specially from her heart. For that, we are forever grateful that we have such beautiful things to remember her by.
A celebration of life will be held at Concord Methodist Church in Furlow, Arkansas on June 17, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
