Julie Marie Morris, 47, passed away on June 23, 2026, leaving behind a family who loved her deeply and countless memories that will be treasured forever.
Born September 4, 1978, Julie lived a life rooted in love, family, and devotion to those who mattered most. She was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. Her greatest joy in life was her family, and she dedicated herself wholeheartedly to the people she loved.
Julie was a wonderful mother to her daughters, Brittany Nichol Ritter and Rebecca Marie George. She was their biggest supporter, fiercest protector, and a constant source of love and encouragement. While she was proud of many things in her life, nothing compared to the pride she felt for her girls and the family they built.
Known affectionately as “MeMee,” Julie’s heart belonged to her grandchildren. Kynleigh, Koleson, Kashdon, Kovelyn, Brylee, and Bentlee brought immeasurable joy to her life. She cherished every laugh, every hug, every milestone, and every moment spent making memories with them. Being a grandmother was one of her greatest blessings, and her love for her grandbabies knew no bounds.
Julie had a special love for the outdoors and found peace and happiness while fishing with her grandson’s. Whether sitting quietly or spending time with family and friends, she appreciated life’s simple pleasures. She was known for her caring heart, her strength through life’s challenges, and her unwavering loyalty to those she loved. She had a way of making people feel welcome, cared for, and important.
She was preceded in death by her father, Donnie Morris, and her brother, Adam Morris.
Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Brenda Morris; her brothers, Donald (Marcie) Morris and Jimmy (Caitlin) Morris; her daughters, Brittany Nichol Ritter and Rebecca Marie (Tavor) George, her beloved grandchildren, Kynleigh, Koleson, Kashdon, Kovelyn, Brylee, and Bentlee; her nephews, Lance, William, Kevin and Jasper; her nieces, Maci, Cyleigh, Evelyn, and Aubree; and many extended family members and dear friends whose lives were touched by her love and kindness.
Julie leaves behind a legacy not measured by years, but by the love she gave, the lives she touched, and the family she cherished. Though her passing leaves an emptiness that cannot be filled, her memory will live on in every story shared, every smile remembered, and every act of love inspired by her example.
The love of a mother never truly leaves us. It remains in our hearts, guides our steps, and becomes part of who we are. Julie’s family will carry that love with them always. She will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and eternally loved.
Pall Bearers are Donald Morris, Jimmy Morris, William Morris, Lance Morris, Taver George, Gunner Bramlett.
