Joey Baxter Feagley

Joey Baxter Feagley, 57, of Plainview, Texas, departed from this world on Sunday, October 15, 2023. He was born to the late Johnny and Joann Feagley. Joey was a down-to-earth guy and a big ole teddy bear who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He loved working the land and spending peaceful days on the water, casting his fishing line. When he wasn't outdoors, you could often find him engaged in friendly games of dominoes or poker, showing off his skills as a pool player.

Joey was a life time fan and his love for the Dallas Cowboys was unwavering, and he proudly supported his team through thick and thin. Joey achieved great accomplishments as a truck driver; which he was very passionate about, earning multiple awards and even joining the prestigious Million Plus Miler Club. He was proud of his career and the skills he developed.

Joey had a quick wit and a contagious laugh that could light up any room. He was a caring and supportive friend, always there to brighten someone's day. Above all, he cherished his family and loved spending time with them, whether it was on exciting cruises or simply enjoying a home-cooked meal.

We will always remember Joey and the incredible impact he had on our lives, let us hold onto his joyful spirit, his sense of humor, and his unwavering love for his family and friends. Joey was a wonderful son, brother, husband, dad and friend; your memory will forever live on in our hearts.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Doris Feagley; children, John Knight and Sabrina Knight; siblings, Jay Feagley, Kelley Love, Shelley Morphett; granddaughter, Lilly Knight and many nieces, nephews, friends and other family members.

Joey is preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Joann Feagley.

A memorial service will be held Friday, October 27, 2023, 2:00 p.m. at Ozark View Funeral Home.
