Jeffrey Neal Davis, 64, of Letona, Arkansas, departed from this world on April 8, 2026. He was born on April 11, 1961, to the late Joe Neal Davis and Joann Lavon Orr-Davis.
Jeff was a dedicated truck driver for over 40 years, a profession that reflected his strong work ethic and independent spirit. He was truly bigger than life—he never met a stranger, and when he walked into a room, his presence was known. A natural charmer and smooth talker, Jeff had a way of drawing people in. He didn’t tolerate nonsense and wasn’t afraid to tell you when you were right or wrong, but beneath that was a deeply caring man who believed you didn’t have to be related to love and look out for one another.
Jeff was a devoted fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks and rarely missed a chance to watch a game. He enjoyed relaxing with a good cigar in his recliner, taking in the simple pleasures of life. In his younger years, he loved hunting, but his true passion was fishing. Above all, Jeff loved with his whole heart—he loved God, his country, and the people in his life fiercely.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Leslie Davis; children, Jamie Davis, Ashley Laws, Matthew Laws, James Hill, and Logan Hill; siblings, Barbara Davis Rogers and husband Russell, and Anthony Davis and wife Helen Davis; grandchildren, AnnaGrace, Gracie Marie, Brylee Faith, and Paislee; nieces and nephews, Sofia, Isabell Davis, Jeremiah Wheeler, and Ilo Webster; cousins, Dale Davis and wife Irene, Mike Dickson and wife Sandy, and Gary Dickson and wife Verna; along with many great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family members, and friends. He is also survived by his beloved fur companion, “Roman.”
Pallbearers will be Logan Hill, James Hill, Jeremiah Wheeler, Matthew Davis, Joshua Davis, and Lane Webster. Honorary pallbearers are Russell Rogers, Dale Davis, Ethan Webster, Luke Webster, Jackson Wheeler, Samuel Smith, and Michael Gipson.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m., with funeral services following at 11:00 a.m., officiated by Brother Dennis Berry, on Monday, April 13, 2026, at Ozark View Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Bradley Cemetery in Clinton.
