James Doyle Talley III

James Doyle Talley III, passed away at his home in Alread, Arkansas on Thursday, May 26, 2022. He was born on December 31, 1958 and was the son of James Doyle Talley II and Shirley Talley. James (Jimmy or Jim) was a graduate of Greenbrier Highschool. He loved the outdoors and hunting was his favorite time of the year. James was down to earth and never met a stranger. He was loved by his family and a multitude of friends that he considered family.

James is survived by his wife of 25 years, Shela Talley; daughters, Beth Freyaldenhoven, Kristen Moegelin and husband Kyser, Lauren Thomas and husband Blake Thomas; step-son, Justin Belvins; sister, Cindy Wilson; brothers, Johnny Talley and Russell Talley; 10 nieces and nephews, friends and other family members.

Pall Bearers is Keith Moorehart, Dennis King, Kenny Jones, Justin Jones, Boyd Jackson, Waymon Bruce.

Honorary Pallbearers is Kelly Small, Harold McDonald.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, May 29, 2022, 2:00 p.m. at Ozark View Funeral Home with Johnny Talley, Keith Morehart, and Kenny Jones officiating. Burial will follow at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
