James E Honea

James E. Honea, 85, of Clinton, Arkansas, departed from this world on Saturday, July 2, 2022. He was born on May 31, 1937 in Texas to the late Joseph Honea and Susie Hollowwa. James was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. After the Air Force, James became a bus driver for the city of Las Vegas bus lines. James was always a grease monkey at heart; he loved working on motorcycles and cars when he could. He was also very proud of his Cherokee and Choctaw heritage.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, David James Phillips, Thomas Gregory Phillips, Valerie Rose Moore, Steven Honea; one brother, William Honea and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and other family members.

James is preceded in death by his parents.
