Gordon Kreider Obituary

Gordon "Flash" Donald Kreider was born July 22, 1955 to Vivian May and Daniel Ernest Kreider in Omaha, Nebraska. He was a woodworker, cabinetmaker, lover of golf and bowling, and social butterfly. He loved his wife and children more than anything. He was truly devoted to his family. He spent his youth in the armed service and then followed his wife's army career and helped maintain their life at home.

Gordon was a devoted husband to Karen Ann Barton, who he married on September 28, 1981 in Houston, Missouri. Gordon helped raise his three children with laughter, discipline and fun. He taught them things to help them succeed in their adulthood, such as building, mechanics and home maintenance.

He was a music lover and passed that love to his children. Gordon loved card games and would always be ready to win a game against you. He was the center of attention in any room. Gordon is a light that will be missed.

Gordon is survived by his wife, Karen; his sons, Matthew and Joshua; his daughter, Rachel; his grandsons, JJ, Lucas, and Kevin; his granddaughters, Bianca, Emily, Loralie, Rebecca, and Delilah.
