Don Nicholson

Don Nicholson, 88, of Clinton, departed from this world on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. He was born on May 1, 1936, in Clinton, Arkansas, to his parents Ira and Cora Sheets-Nicholson.

Don was a member of Formosa Church of Christ and worked as a farmer most of his life until he retired. He found joy in the simple things, and loved working the land.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, daughter, Nancy Fowler and husband James and son, Wayne Nicholson, along with his siblings, Troy Nicholson and Mildred Harris; grandchildren, Joe Tsosie and Taylor Hoyle, and many nieces, nephews, friends and other family members that he loved dearly.

Don is preceded in death by his parents, Ira and Cora Nicholson; sister, Verna Nell Smith; brother, James Alfred Nicholson.

A graveside service will be held Monday, May 13, 2024, 10:00 a.m. at the Culpepper Cemetery with Brother Adam Eppes officiating.
