Debi Renae Cooley

Debi Renae Cooley, age 56 of Clinton, Arkansas, departed from this world on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 after a short, but hard-fought battle with cancer. Debi was a hard worker and a great friend to many at the VBC Sheriff’s Office where she worked for 11 years. She took pride in her position and was best known for her efforts in the Shop with a Cop program. She was recently named Community Hero for her tireless efforts.

She is survived by her parents, Donald and Sharon Cooley; daughter, Jessica Ross (Jonathan) of Shirley; step daughter, Brittney (Alex) Jones of Fayetteville; brothers, Tracy (Tracy) Cooley of Bee Branch, Michael Cooley of Clinton; grandsons, Nathan and Copen Ross of Clinton; her beloved dog, Willow; a special friend, John David Elliott and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and many, many friends, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Pall Bearers are Chancy Wooten, Tyler Bigelow, Charles Shaw, Wesley Potts, Jeff Pate, and Spencer Cooley.

Honorary Pall Bearers are Joseph Howard, Paul Bigelow, extended family and special friends.

Visitation will be held Saturday, October 29, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ozark View Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, October 30, 2022, 2:00 p.m. at Ozark View Funeral Home with Red Wolf officiating the service. Burial will follow at Half Moon Cemetery.
