David James Watters, 70, of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas, departed from this world Thursday, October 20, 2022. He was born September 27, 1952 in Batesville Arkansas to the late Herbert and Jimmy Luster-Watters.

He leaves behind one brother, Steven Watters.
