Clayton Paul Miley

Clayton Paul Miley, age 44 of Clinton, departed from this world on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. Heas was born on March 10, 1979 to the late Lesley Miley and Vicki Miley- Hargett.

Clayton was a 1998 graduate of Quitman Highschool. He was an over the road truck driver traveling the United States, until his health deteriorated. Other than driving his truck, his greatest joy in life was spending time with his children, whom he loved very much. He was well known and liked by many. He never met a stranger.

Left to cherish his memory is his daughters, Elizabeth and Khorie and one son, Grayson; parents, Dale and Vicki Hargett; brother, Joshua (Amanda) Miley, Sister, Kendall Miley; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and other family and friends.

Clayton is preceded in death by his father, Lesley Miley of Indiana; paternal grandmother, Priscilla Bridges of Indiana; and his maternal grandparents, Rev. Gearl and Mary Payne of Clinton.

Pall Bearers are Joshua Miley, Ethan Miley, Michael Williams, Charlie Roberson, William Glenn, Chance Grider.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, January 4, 2024, 1:00 p.m. at the Pine Mountain Cemetery on Gravesville Cutoff Road with Ron Byrd officiating.
