Anita F (Oliver) Baugus

Anita F. Baugus, 85, of Ozark, Arkansas, began her final rest on Saturday, October 4, 2025. She was born on July 29, 1940, the beloved daughter of Woody and Neva Gilbert-Oliver.

Anita was a good Christian lady who loved her family with her whole heart. She was a kind and gentle spirit, always ready to lend a helping hand and share a warm smile with everyone she met.

She found joy in life's simple pleasures — working in her garden, reading a good book, and spending time with her loved ones. She also enjoyed doing puzzles, which reflected her patient and thoughtful nature.

Her faith, kindness, and love for others will be remembered by all who knew her.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Sheila Cole, Pam Bradford, both of Clinton, and Vicky Lee of Ozark; siblings, Woody Oliver, Frank Oliver, Johnny Oliver, and Donna Griffith; grandchildren, Amanda Cole, Jonathan Cole, Austin Cole, Tiffany Harvin, Ryan Watson, Jason Watson, and Brittney Reece; multiple great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, and other family members.

Anita is preceded in death by her husband, Ray Baugus, parents, Woody and Neva Oliver; one brother, Dan Oliver.

A gathering of Friends and family will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life following at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, October 12, 2025, at Ozark View Funeral Home. A reception will follow at the County Annex Quorum Court room in Clinton.
